Where Counseling Meets Comfort

YOUR MENTAL HEALTH IS JUST AS IMPORTANT AS YOUR PHYSICAL HEALTH

Support That Makes a Difference

Need help to achieve your goals in life? I use an array of counseling strategies and  communication skills to provide therapeutic services that give you the tools for success. In addition to 1-on-1 consultations and group sessions, I regularly host workshops and seminars addressing anger management and professionalism and diversity.

INDIVIDUAL  THERAPY

Get the Most out of Life

This service is most common among my clients, as it is often times one of the keys to a happier, healthier life. My job is to give you the tools and techniques to achieve a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. After several sessions, you will become well-versed at handling issues whenever and wherever they arise. Call now to schedule a session.

FAMILY THERAPY

Guidance & Inspiration

The goal of family therapy is to help family members improve communication, solve family problems, understand and handle special family situations (for example, death, serious physical or mental illness, or child and adolescent issues), and create a better functioning home environment. Call or email to schedule a session.

GROUPS

Embrace Life’s Challenges

Life throws many surprises at us, and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond to certain situations. Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy that involves one or more therapists working with several people at the same time. Group therapy activities and techniques can help those experiencing depression, PTSD, grief, and many other behavioral or mental health issues.

ASSESSMENTS

Providing Quality Documentation

Why Is Assessment Important? Assessment can be an integral part of the therapeutic process, as it determines a clients needs and will assist with developing individualized goals for clients to work towards accomplishing.  We provide anger management assessments, substance abuse assessments and behavioral health assessments. Call or email to schedule an appointment today.

Supervision is a necessary component of a counselor's training and practice. It plays a crucial role in ensuring that counselors develop the skills, ethical standards, and emotional resilience needed to provide effective and safe mental health care. Supervision offers guidance in handling complex cases, maintaining high ethical standards, and navigating the emotional challenges of the profession. The necessity of LPC supervision lies in safeguarding the well-being of both counselors and their clients, promoting professional growth, and upholding the integrity of the counseling profession.
